Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this latest photograph release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling various sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current investigative release.
